A Great Performance, Annie

On April 16th, 17th, and 18th, I played for Annie, this year’s International Thespian Society production. I was selected for this role at the beginning of January, and from then on, I attended both before-school and after-school rehearsals. As the performance dates got closer, rehearsals in April lasted nearly five hours each day, but it was still an extremely fun and unforgettable experience!

Since I also participated in the musical during my freshman year for Beauty and the Beast, it was such an honor to have the opportunity to perform again and work alongside so many talented people. I especially want to thank Mrs. Pavon for everything she has done for us throughout this entire process. Also, to Kate and Jaelyn on piccolo and flute, who were such a great support, and finally John and Serene, my favorite pit seniors, who made every rehearsal and performance so much more fun.
